    Attorney Boorsma enjoys volunteering for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and strongly believes in supporting local businesses. She also enjoys working out, jiu-jitsu, yoga, and participating in local fundraising races.

Megan graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration. She earned her Juris Doctor from Elon University, where she participated in Elon Law Review, Moot Court Board, won multiple legal writing awards, and worked at Elon's Elder Law Clinic providing free estate planning services to the community.


Megan has obtained multiple millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for injured clients since being admitted to practice in 2017. She has zealously advocated for clients and their families since joining BBB Attorneys in 2022, obtaining a $5,000,000 dollar pre-judgment remedy in a civil defamation action and a $1,043,225 verdict in a wrongful death case. Megan’s work reflects her passion for giving back, leaving behind a positive impact, and making a difference in the lives of her clients.


In her free time, Megan enjoys working out, jiu-jitsu, yoga, and participating in local fundraising races. She also volunteers for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and strongly believes in supporting local businesses.
