“Stand up for justice and do what is right. Those are our guiding principles. This is not always easy, but that is why we represent our clients. We stand up to the most powerful companies in the world – even when it is hard – because it is the right thing to do. When our firm represents you, we will not back down because it is always worth fighting for justice.”

Peter Billings is an aggressive, dedicated and effective trial lawyer who has successfully fought for his clients in the highest stake cases. Whether it involves a life changing injury or a serious criminal allegation, Peter will fight to get you results while providing compassionate representation. He has obtained significant financial compensation for his injured clients and "not guilty" criminal verdicts for clients charged with serious criminal offenses. His experience and ability to litigate criminal cases make him the right advocate to have in your corner. He believes there are several keys to obtaining the highest quality results: knowledge, experience, communication, and dedication. These core principals are the bedrock principals that Peter uses in his practice of law, the reason he is highly respected by his colleagues, and the approach he brings to every case. Peter is results-driven and his record of success proves it.

Peter is extremely proud of the firm he has built and takes pride in standing beside his clients in their time of need.
