Founder and Senior Partner of Halloran & Halloran, Bart Halloran has practiced law for over 35 years. Since obtaining his law degree from the University of Connecticut, Attorney Halloran has served as the lead attorney in over 2,225 mediations, arbitrations, and other civil matters. He has tried in excess of 200 cases to verdict. He has argued numerous appeals in the Connecticut Appellate and Supreme Courts as well as the Second Circuit. Attorney Halloran has been appointed to numerous governmental positions including Chairman of the Capital City Economic Development Authority.


In 2007, Attorney Halloran was appointed to serve as District Counsel to the Metropolitan District Commission. As District Counsel, he supervises all aspects of the two billion dollar Clean Water Program.


Attorney Halloran is also active in numerous bar associations. Most recently, he was elected as a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. The Academy limits memberships to 500 fellows from the United States.
